Organization admin
These controls belong to organization owners.
Members
The members page lists everyone who belongs to the organization and their current permission level.
Owners can:
- change a member between member and owner
- remove a member
- review membership created through auto-join
- see the teams and roles a person fills inside the organization
Removing a person ends access to private organization data. Public charters remain public.
A person can belong to several organizations. Membership and visibility remain separate in each one.
Domains
Domains power automatic membership.
Add a domain such as acme.co, and people who sign in with that email domain can join the
organization as members. Multiple domains can support a group of companies, approved
contractor domains, or a transition between domains.
A domain can belong to only one organization at a time.
For work that crosses company lines, use explicit cross-org membership rather than treating another company's domain as your own.
Name and logo
Owners can rename the organization and upload a logo, shown wherever the organization appears. Presentation only — neither changes the data model or the visibility boundary.
Connectors
Organization owners connect shared systems such as Slack. Individual charters then choose the specific channels or sources that contain relevant evidence.
Disconnecting a connector revokes its credential and stops future reads.
Settings
Owners can rename the organization, manage exports, or delete it.
Organization deletion is irreversible. It removes the organization's private charters, versions, decisions, measures, memberships, domains, and connector credentials.
Export before deletion when the record may matter later. Portability is a product principle, not a cancellation concession.
