People work across company lines now: side projects, advisors, agencies, joint ventures. Each organization chooses its own plan and controls its own model. None can see another’s teams, records or activity.

The plain answers.
Is the AI metered?
No, not on paid plans. Reviews, team intelligence and connected agents are included without token envelopes or overage charges. The free plan has product limits so a small model can stay free.
Do connected agents cost extra?
No. Agents are role fillers, not seats. Connect as many as your plan allows without paying per agent or per action.
How are members counted?
A member is anyone who can open charters inside the organization. Membership changes as people join and leave.
I belong to several organizations. Do I pay several times?
No. Each organization holds its own plan and access. Belonging to several organizations never creates a charge on your personal account.
What happens if we stop paying?
The organization becomes read-only when it exceeds the free limits. The model stays intact: charters, links, versions, decisions and exports remain available. Your data never becomes leverage in a renewal.
What’s in the free plan?
Five teams and ten members: enough to model one real team, link a few more and see the review loop work. Ask for more access without rebuilding anything.
