Add Particulars to your Slack workspace.
Generate a charter from a channel's recent history. Keep existing charters honest as the work shifts. One install per workspace; any org owner can connect a workspace they have access to.
You'll need an existing Particulars organization with Slack access. After authorizing, an organization owner chooses where this workspace belongs.

Connect
Authorize Particulars, then choose which joined channels a team uses.
Pick a channel
The system reads recent history and drafts a charter.
Review & confirm
Edit every claim. A confirmed draft becomes an ordinary team charter.
We do not read DMs or channels you don't connect. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Temporary message excerpts are encrypted while you review a draft and deleted within 24 hours. Drafts can be incomplete or wrong; a person reviews and confirms every charter. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
Need to remove the app? Slack workspace admins can uninstall Particulars from Apps → Manage Apps at any time. When Slack notifies us, we delete the local credential and Slack source data; confirmed charters stay.
