How it works
Three steps, then the draft keeps working.
The first draft takes about a minute. After that, Particulars keeps reading the same channels so the charter notices when the work moves.

Connect
Authorize Particulars once for the workspace. Then each team chooses which of its channels count as evidence.

Pick the channels
Particulars reads their recent history, then drafts a charter.

Review and confirm
Every line is a claim. Edit or delete any of it. A confirmed draft becomes an ordinary team charter.

What happens to what it reads.
The plain version. It posts only replies to a mention or /charter, previews of Particulars links, and the decision recaps and coach notes a team turns on. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Reads
- Recent history of the channels a team connects
- A thread where someone mentions @Particulars, and Particulars links people share
Never reads
- Direct messages
- Channels you don’t connect, unless someone mentions @Particulars there
Keeps
- Workspace tokens, encrypted at rest
- Charters your team confirms
Deletes
- Message excerpts: encrypted during review, deleted within 24 hours
- Credentials and Slack source data, when you uninstall
A person confirms every charter.Drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing becomes part of a charter until someone on the team reviews it.
Remove it any time.Workspace admins can uninstall from Apps → Manage Apps. When Slack tells us, we delete the credential and the Slack source data. Confirmed charters stay. Trouble with /charter?
