Report a bug or ask for a feature

For reproducible issues with nothing sensitive in them, open an issue on GitHub. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected, and your browser and device. Send anything about a private organization by email instead.

Slack

/charter isn’t responding

  • The Particulars app is installed in the workspace.
  • The bot is in the channel: /invite @Particulars
  • An organization owner connected Slack under Organization settings → Connectors.
  • The charter is connected to the channel you expect.

Still stuck? Email your organization’s slug and the Slack workspace name.

Report a vulnerability

Email support@particulars.team directly with the details. Please don’t post sensitive vulnerability information in a public issue.
